Tirumalai Eye Clinic

My mother aged 86 yrs had very advanced, very hard cataract in both eyes. Only expert eye doctors with needful infrastructure could handle it - which we got at Tirumalai Eye Clinic. The expert / highly professional eye surgeons (Doctors) explained the process beforehand. The doctors (Dr Shrikanth, Dr Sriram, Dr Deepthi and Dr Asma) as well the knowledgeable support staff treated my mother in a very empathetic manner, took special care of her before and after the surgery. As a stated policy and practice they always give preference to aged patients - be it a routine eye checkup or eye surgery. There is also a small room with a bed where aged patient can take rest after surgery, if needed and we found this to be very very handy in our case. Billing and payment process also is hassle free. Ours was a claim from Insurance after operation was done and they gave all documents needed for the claim on the day or operation itself - so they are experts in billing and associated paperwork too. Post operative care to be taken was given as a printed sheet for our reference and the Doctor explained it as well as the Do's and Dont's also very patiently, especially the drops which need to administered in tapering dose over 6 weeks. After the operation to both eyes, eye sight of Amma is absolutely fine. Overall an extremely competent, efficient, trustworthy and caring eye care clinic.

My freind advised me to visit this clinic some time ago and recently I consulted them for eye / skin viral infection. Dr Deepthi gavepersonal attention and so were the staff at reception. She explained the situation and medication in detail. One of the unique features was that subsequent visits, 4 in all was completed without any extra fees. I was made very comfortable during all visits and they would continue the consultation and visits till the problem is solved. Finally I had the opportunity to get a final word from Dr Sridhar who was an excellent doctor. I would strongly recommend this clinic.

The doctor here are very professional and they take care of the patients very nicely. The treatment is excellent and they feel very comfortable. The working staffs are amazing people as they guide and take care of patients in a good manner and the approach to the patients is very good.. Best recommended doctors for any eye related issues.

Best place for eye related consultations. The doctors are very patient to explain the complete issue and the remedy. All the questions are answered. Staff here are very helpful and take care during and after the procedures. Very happy and satisfied with the treatment here.
