Titan Eye+ at M G Road, Bengaluru

I recently had a fantastic experience at Titan Eye+! The variety of eyewear available was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. I was particularly impressed with how helpful the staff was—they were extremely attentive and guided me through the entire process of selecting the perfect pair. Even though the store was located on MG Road, they went above and beyond by arranging for my glasses to be delivered to Devenahalli, which made my experience even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful store with great customer service! Highly recommend!

Very good shop to purchase sunglasses. Visited a few shops in the malls but couldn't find a sunglasses but this shop had great options which made me difficult to choose. Overall a very pleasant experience . Nazeeb helped us to find the best sunglasses with the latest trend and also according to our tastes. He was quick enough to understand our needs and helped us to find one Thank you for having such a valuable member in your shop who guides the customer. Titan Eye+ as a brand is great. They might not be as visible as Lenskart but their products and services are genuinely good. I visited this shop last week back to get my spectacles fixed. I had got those from Titan Eye+ in Mumbai in 2021.. and finally in 2024 they needed some minor fixing. That too was done free of cost as promised. I am very happy with Titan Eye+ in general and their staff behaviour is equally wonderful. They are well mannered and to the point. Thank You Titan !!

Nazeeb repaired a frame that needed alignment within a few minutes and was very courteous. The store is large and has ample lighting, would definitely recommend based on staff helpfulness.

Diksha at this store was a super quick customer service representative. I had gone here for a corrective action for my spects. She helped me out in a jiffy .... It was just an in and out and totally satisfying experience for me .... It's rarely observed in any other similar stores like this ... It was an "AHA" moment for me. Thanks Diksha for this quick service !!!
