In the bill it is clearly mentioned that within 7 days no warranty return in the bill but store keepers are denying it and are not ready to return and mentioned it's only for online orders but it's mentioned in bill.so pathetic and didn't expect this from tata enterprise

Very courteous and cooperative staff who helped me buying a frame and also fixed an issue pertaining to the frame that I am using currently .

I had the worst experience ever! Bought a pair of Fastrack sunglasses from this shop at mall of Asia and it turned out to be a damaged piece. I reported the matter within 40 mins of purchase by email and telephone,and thereafter repeated emails.. They do not respond to the mails,nor address the issue on call... They said that they will check with the CCTV cameras and get back...that I will be issued a fresh piece..all false claims! I feel deeply cheated and I am stuck with a damaged product given by them...I have lost faith in Titan and Tata products now...sad,a brand by a man for whom I have deep respect!
