The customer service representatives were very friendly. Anusree mam did a great job in assisting us and recommending what's right for us. She patiently made us understand the differences between the packages, showing us different frames.

This Titan eyeplus showroom has a good collection of frames. Needless to say titan is known for its quality. The staff are professional and quite helpful in helping choose the frames and lenses. They are responsive to all our queries and the spectacle delivery was timely and hazzle free. Highly recommended.

I am buying spectacle from them for past 7 years. Recently about 45 days back I bought new spectacles. While purchasing I specifically asked them about the frame leaving any impression when used , I was assured that no such things will happen. But after using for few days I observed that it is leaving a mark on nose when wore for half an hour and more. About 13 days back I called the shop and complained. The lady who received call said shop is under renovation and In few days time they will call me back and attend to the issue. No call received till now and disappointed with the service.

I had give my frame for service here, wire needs to be fixed, they gave my spectacles without fixing, stating that it can't be fixed. I have always bought my spectacles from Titan eye plus as the service is good, but this time i am disappointed

Store is well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Eye testing is done and the collections of sun glasses are cool.

They are cheats using a TATA brand, when there's a problem they don't honour their commitment. The staff is untrained to resolve the issues. I asked them for a glass progressive but they only have plastic ones. Also you must try the original stores you will find that the price of Titan is very high.
