The Titan Yehlanka store has an amazing staff. They go beyond their way of helping the customer. They did an excellent job of making custom lenses for my daughter's frame. First, the Titan Sahakarnagar store refused to take the order. Then, the Titan Jakkur store took the order and delivered uncut lenses. The Jakkur store pushed me over to the Yehlanka store for fitting. Ms. Punam from Titan Yehlanka took a sensible decision to make it work. My daughter was absolutely delighted. Thank you to the Titan Yehlanka team for believing in the customer. Titan Jakkur and Sahakarnagar stores - You will keep losing customers for saying 'No' often. Wonder how the fitters get to keep their jobs.

This is a great place for purchasing eye wear. They have a great collection available in this outlet for all price ranges. They also have eye testing which is free of cost and done extremely well. They have automated machines for getting the number as well as the manual process is available and they use both the methods to make sure of the correct eye number. They have different varieties of lenses also available. The staff is super good and helpful and they are very trained in every aspect. Kudos to everyone working here.

Got excellent service and got couple of my spectacles got done perfectly and on time. Liked their personalised approach, with the staff showing lot of patience and not rushing up while offering spectacles options. The optometrist was a lot helpful too to fine tune my power wherein she was in ease with lots of patience with the my tiny bits of nuances in getting a perfect eye power done. The only flip side (which is not really a big deal to me) was the lack of choices in readymade reading glasses which I quickly picked up from a nearby store. Overall great experience and happy to recommend.

Very quick and fast service. I broke my glasses and wanted to fix it. They helped me fix it almost instantly and solved my problem. Would suggest anyone who is looking for stylish and trendy glasses to visit this shop.
