We had very bad experience.. 1st time I visited on 18th Feb for my son's eye check up.. that time she didn't see much as my son also got scared when she was throwing torch light and recommended some eye drops as he was getting water in his eyes..that time she said it's ok in 2nd visit we will see and asked us to come after a week.. 2nd time me and my husband visited again on 8th March.. that time she didn't see as my son got scared seeing her because directly she started throwing torch light on his eyes.. And she was very rude with my son and even with us and said in very rude tone that come after a year or else teach your son about doctor and hospital.. As a parent, I expect medical professionals to be patient and considerate, especially when dealing with children. I request you to address this matter and ensure better patient interactions in the future. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to your response. I recently visited vasan eye care for an eye check-up for my mom , but unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The staff's attitude and communication left much to be desired and unprofessional. The doctors and staff were not polite in addressing patients.One particular staff member named Srushti behaved in an unprofessional manner. The hospital lacked professional and experienced doctors, making me doubt the quality of treatment provided. Good healthcare is not just about medical treatment but also about how patients are treated and guided. Unfortunately, this hospital fell short in both aspects. I do not recommend this hospital.
