I wish there were more than 5 stars above! I would be happy to give more stars!! I had the occasion to meet Ms. Vidhya, Ms. Thejeshwani and Dr. Neha. Each one of them showed utmost characteristics of professionalism. Above all, there was a sincere human touch in their behaviour. They showed so much of patience in explaining to me when I wanted to know more about my eyes - always with a smile and seriousness. Keep up this spirit of community service and social concern.

I had an excellent experience at Zamindar Eye Center. The staff was very professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my visit. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment options clearly. The clinic is well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming environment.

I am giving a one-star rating not for the hospital itself, as the hospital is well-maintained, and the staff are extremely polite and professional. My concern is solely with Dr. Neha Ramakrishnan, who gave us the worst experience ever. We visited the hospital on Saturday for my mother’s tablet clearance. The doctor asked us to return on Tuesday, as she mentioned that some tests needed to be conducted. On Saturday, I had already submitted all the reports, but they were not checked properly. On Tuesday, my mother visited the hospital alone. Upon reviewing the reports, Dr. Neha started scolding her, claiming that my mother had a contagious disease and questioning why she hadn’t informed them earlier. My mother, unaware of such a condition, responded that she did not know. The doctor then went on to say, "Does your daughter also not have the sense to inform us? Are you planning to spread the disease to everyone?" This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A doctor should know how to communicate with patients with sensitivity and respect. My mother is a heart patient, and such harsh words have deeply affected her—she couldn't sleep for two nights after the incident. If anything were to happen to her due to this stress, would the doctor take responsibility? Moreover, my gastroenterologist had clearly informed me that the condition in question is only contagious through blood contact during surgery and not through other means. If it were truly contagious, we would have informed the hospital—we are responsible individuals who care about others' well-being. I strongly request the hospital authorities to address this matter and advise Dr. Neha Ramakrishnan on how to communicate respectfully with patients. No one should have to experience such treatment in a place meant for care and healing.

Best eye hospital, a complete check up is done on first visit, staffs are quick in providing the service. Neha Ramakrishnan gave clear understanding on the process, functionality and procedure.

Dr prashanth singh was very good doctor very soft spoken and he answered all are quires thanks you .

Visited as per my cousin recommendation, everyone is so kind here and readiness to help, from receptionist ,optometrist, doctor. We are so happy with the way doc carefully check. I will come here for my brother too
