Wasn't very welcoming in the beginning. But Preethi and Vivitha were really kind and their hospitality was good. Really liked the way they did the eye test and the way they explained the different types of glasses and their features. Excellent technology implemented with Visufit1000 which explains on what type of glass and frame suits your facial structure

Just stepped out of the store with complete satisfaction! My family and I had an excellent experience, from precise eye testing to finding the perfect solutions for all our needs. Mr. Paul Maliekkal provided exceptional service, patiently explaining the various lenses and options available. My son, who is a racer, had been struggling with uncomfortable contact lenses purchased in Malaysia. Here, we found the perfect contact lens that offers him unmatched comfort. Truly impressed with the professionalism and care at this store—highly recommended!

Visiting from UK for work, I broke my glasses on the flight to Bangalore. Stepped into Zeiss and they provided impeccable service! Offered me different options according to my requirements and budget. The only shop that saw me struggle to put my glasses in my bag without a case and provided me with one (even without purchasing anything!). Paul (which was a very knowledgeable optician) who was incredibly helpful and shared best practices with me in how to get the right prescription (instead of just trying to make a sale, he was genuinely caring about my eyes best health option). Super impressed by Paul and the team. To those in Bangalore, definitely check them out. Received great service from this store. Vivitha was of great help. She helped me pick my frame (did a lot of trials) and lens. She cleaned my existing glasses and tightened it. She also explained everything and answered all my questions.
