Hospitality and behaviour of the doctor and staff is very good. But what I had is a worst experience here. Before surgery doctor will nicely giving hopes about vision once it's done if surgery fails he will not accept his mistakes or the failure. My mother lost her vision after the surgery. So please think before you visit the hospital.

All, I'm writing this regarding this clinic, Very very bad and rude service in terms of the workers. Staff members lack how to communicate with patients, and doctors lack to assist staff. Please breif everyone on your staff, in particular the individual in the black shirt, that I came to the clinic and not his house. Mr. Hegade this is Reply for ur comment....... Mr hegade. I think ur only certified doctor but not certified humun ...... we can see how u and ur staffs are....in ur clinic. For ur kind info. don't underrestimate government hospital which is better then ur clinic mind it plz visit nearest bkl govt hospital it's clean good hospitality services we can see. Don't hide ur/staff's attitude, go and breif first..then tell others. Don't worry Mr. hegade Deffenetly I will never suggest this very very very good attitude/hospitality clinic. This is second time when I visit first u and ur tea Chenges priscription because of none available of eye liquid. same black shirt person although I visited again. I thought we hv a good eye clinic in our town but I Never think like they treat 🙏 One day Deffenetly Bhatkal people will cicked out to u from here. U can see ur future Mr. Hegade, Good luck 👍 Friends plz don't go and not refer to others here u people never expect respect, hospitality services... and visit KUNDAPURA or other locations.. 🙏 Today I went KUNDAPURA and doctor, staff's are given good service and hospitality.

I visited this hospital with a friend, and I'm really glad our town has such a facility. The staff were soft-spoken and courteous. For the specializations offered here, one would typically have to travel to Mangalore or Udupi. Thank you, Dr. Hegde, for establishing your hospital in Uttara Kannada. I hope your tribe grow. Recently consulted here for my mother's eye for which they gave change of eye power and said everything is fine. Even after changing the glass there were vision issue so we consulted in Udupi and turned out to be a case of cataract and nerve bleeding. I wouldn't trust the checkup here for serious issues. Also be it for any issue they prescribe a eye drop for everyone that is only available there which is not of much use.

This is pretty good eye hospital in Bhatkal Town. Staffs were soft spoken and guided us very well. Doctor guides us very neatly about the facts which i haven't seen anyone doing in this town. The spectacle shop here is also decent and moderately priced. Quality of the spectacle was decent for its price. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Eye specialist.
