"The billing team left a very poor impression. They didn't even listen to the patient's attendant's queries. However, the insurance team was excellent. Pathetic service by staff. Their staff eat tabacco and spit in their own campus. They ask visitors to remove sandals/shoes but the fun part is they wear outside sandals & rome in every room this does not make sense also, they are very rude to patients and their attenders. Staff needs to be trained on hygiene and professionalism. This feedback applies to only staff & admin who is managing them and not for doctors.

Ward 2 sister made us wait for 2 hour's and later on when it was time for her to go home she said that cannot take care of the patient. I had a patient of 8years age and she behaved as if she was doing a favor on me. People like this shouldn't be serving people instead they should be removed from service.

Very thankful to Dr. Sybil Salins she has well-done my mom eye operation.. very good hospital for poor peoples... again I'm thankful to supporting for poor people's, threre is no one responsible person in hospital, & communication is very poor between the staff all staff are very good and vey humble ,one of the staff Shahnaz lady she is very roodly behaving with us on phone call, just I am asking Dr,what time will be available , I'm just asking for information... She is very irritating. Not giving proper information..... Over all not satisfied with management...
