It's nice experience with Titan in chikballapur unit. Mr. Prashanth done a great job by spending enough time to understand my requirement (need short and medium distance because of nature of job) and checking the eyes with full patience and suggested the correct specs information. I've visited this outlet twice & I should say that i was really impressed with the professionalism & the customer commitment exhibited by both Riaz & Deepak. The outlet has a plethora of both domestic & international brands. The product range pretty much vary based on the stock they get & they frequently keep restocking. The real benefit is harnessed through the good value for money proposition. I was able to pick some of the best sunglasses of Maui Jim, Rayban, Tomford, Dita models for myself & several family members who now are extremely happy & satisfied customers. Riaz & Deepak go that extra mile to enable a super customer experience. They are very knowledgeable & follow through for any queries / product availability till a logical closure is reached. Employees like Riaz & Deepak make that positive difference. Riaz was available in the outlet during both my visits & I would give an extra thumbs up to him for his calm, composed, ever smiling & positive attitude. This outlet also has just frames available too of several brands & they do eye checkups too for powered glasses. Also heard that they are moving into a bigger & better place within the same campus shortly to enable a better experience to the customers. Overall an excellent platform for premium products at the best value with the best hands & brains to take care of the customers.

Excellent service with good communication, safety and beautiful location.Quality of coating, lens and frame is ultimate. One of worst thing about store is AC is not there. Please update your store with Air Conditioning it'll help customer feel better.
