My sister bought a pair of glasses from this shop, and when she received them, one lens was messy while the other was clear. We went back to the shop to ask why this happened. The owner was extremely rude and refused to accept that he had provided poor-quality glasses. I advise everyone not to visit this shop. Initially, when we went to buy the glasses, he was very nice and kind, but when we returned with the issue, he was rude and would not acknowledge that he had provided low-quality glasses and lenses.

In February, I purchased a pair of glasses. One lens was completely clear, but the other was messy, almost as if a low-quality lens had been used. There were scratches on the lens that I did not cause; it came that way. When looking in the mirror, it was clear that one lens was perfect, and the other was not. I reached out to the shop, but they gave me nonsensical reasons and refused to admit their mistake in providing a cheap lens. This was the worst experience I have ever faced, despite paying a high amount for the glasses. The shop owner was very rude when I returned to address the issue, in stark contrast to how polite and soft-spoken he was when I initially made the purchase. Due to this experience, I would advise everyone to avoid this shop.

I visited shop in the month of January while I was on the way to Sringeri. We bought 2 sunglasses but when I saw the available options in spectacles, I purchased the frame. What amazed me when owner said he can create the glasses in 15 minutes, I couldn’t believe first. But within 15 minutes, I got my brand new spectacles. The owner was friendly and enthusiastic. Also happy to see his daughter helping him in his business. I would surely visit in once again in future.

The owner at the Spectacle Shop is friendly. They have good selection, great quality, styles and great customer service and make sure everything is correct and good with your new glass. Great recommendation on frames and quick service! Will definitely come back the next time

I lost my spectacles in the hebbe falls the day we arrived. I thought i will have to manage my trip without glasses. Yet before starting the sightseeing next day, i was looking if someone can make me glasses as per my prescription in less than half hour. To my surprise when I called Balaji Eye care, they told me that they can make my glasses in just 10 minutes. I didn't believe it, but thought if still visiting the shope as it was on our route. And as per the promise they handed over my new glasses in about 10 mins after i finished selection of frame and lenses. I liked the quality of the lenses ans frame both. Thank you for letting me enjoy my trip :)

Fastest lens change that I have ever experienced,just 15 minutes

Thanks to Mr.Sunil, with in 10minutes he had delivered my daughter's new Spectacles. We are wasting our money on branded shops and 1+1 offers. Once again I suggest this is the best and value for money shop.He should be more appreciated for his fast work and once again this the best suggestion for Spectacles.

My friend bought glasses from this shop, and they were of low quality. I advise everyone not to visit this shop due to the bad experience my friend had.
