Ashwini Skin and Eye Care clinic

One of the best in Chitradurga, treatment is good, but parking lot and seating problem should wait for much time to get a appointment.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Ashwini Skin Clinic in Chitradurga, which I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, the visit was plagued with issues. The clinic’s token management system is completely chaotic. There is no proper system in place for handling patient appointments or tokens. The receptionist, who seemed bewildered by her role, gave out tokens haphazardly and allowed patients to be seen out of turn based on her whims. This resulted in a frustratingly long wait time and a general sense of disorganization. My encounter with the doctor was even more disheartening. The doctor’s manner was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and respect, I was met with sarcastic and condescending replies. It was evident that the doctor lacked the necessary communication skills and basic courtesy that should be standard in patient care. The overall ambience of the clinic was also quite poor. The environment was not only uninviting but also seemed to lack cleanliness and proper maintenance. It’s puzzling how this place continues to attract patients despite such evident shortcomings. In summary, Ashwini Skin Clinic in Chitradurga was a deeply unsatisfactory experience. From the disorganized reception to the rude and unhelpful doctor, the visit was marked by numerous problems. I strongly advise potential patients to consider alternative options. The clinic’s lack of professionalism and poor patient handling makes it a place I cannot recommend.

Receptionist is too bad manner less lady First come first serve basis to be followed depending on token she will follow n she vl send whoever she wants first . Patient who r waiting should keep in waiting Doctor is okay but vl not listen to the patient complaints whatever he tells we should listen he vl not understand the patient no patience to listen

Worst doctor lacks communication skills and clean very dirty

Worst doctor ever seen. He will scold people to go to other doctors if we went late for visit. Then why should they have to give tokens till that time.only tells same thing for all.

Very good Doctor and treats with utmost care and I recommend to visit here for all skin related diseases.

Worst management.. No responsibility totally 3rd class doc and staff
