We were very disappointed with the registration staff, they made us wait for the 25min even after registration, while there were no patients waiting. The staff inside the refraction area were busy using their phone , I would like to bring it to public notice that we experienced today ..👎

Deficiency in Management Not satisfied with the service received, Especially the front line staff are soo ignorant. Charging very good amount from the customers but poor service. Relationship manager contact number doesn't connect. Please don't visit this place. Lack of information and knowledge. Definitely luring money with improper service Can't you guys provide proper contact number of Relationship manger Here also fake contact number Shame on you

Good hospitality and patient care environment. The staff were professional and they will explain all procedure that I would be undergoing. They listen to my concerns and answer each of them. I am pleased and happy with the outcome of surgery. If you are in need of professional services for your eye care in Chitradurga then I would recommend Drishti.

Worst behavior of staff's they only focused on money collecting from patients. They don't have any knowledge of lenses they provided. And No transference of lense price.

I visited store today and found entire staff and technician so customer friendly . I was delighted with the quick service ... strongly recommend The optician Mr Bharath has excellent skills in optical things explained me all types of lenses and suggested me a Crizal lens thank you bharath sir❣️
