They don't have trained support staff/ staff. Receptionist does not have idea how to book an appointments for the first time visiting patients and the patients who already underwent surgery in same hospital. Receptionist says no doctor appointments will be available for patients post cataract surgery. Then the staff says doctors will never ask a patient to visit hospital post surgery. Query is Within 30 days post surgery no patient should visit doctor even if they need a checkup for eye burning sensation or any clarification is required??. There is no answer.Staff is putting blame on doctor. This is strange. The other receptionist says consultation booking is necessary whether you visit first time or post surgery check up. Staff is making contradictory statements. They did not take booking over the phone call so I walked upto clinic to book in person. Then also they ignored to take consultation booking request. Three days over no consultation is available. Just bcoz the post surgery consultation is free of cost, the staff is not booking any appointments. They are suggesting to wait in the queue until doctor is free for post surgery patient's check up. Receptionist's reaction was like better visit other clinic or doctor. Receptionist should never try to be a doctor. Even during first time visit they changed our token number from 14 to 53. Made us to wait for 3 hours. Receptionist is directly blaming the management and doctors. ☹☹

Last month visit this hospital with our cousin eye problem .but cure still no recover problem.staff not talking closely in patients and billing staff also

Doctors and treatment is very good but the nurses and staff are rude to patients and services are bad. Our family is consulting in this hospital from past 12 years but in last month when we visit for the doctor consultation we faced very bad treatment from the staff they are changed the system of token and especially in 1st floor they made us to wait for more than 3 hrs to consult doctors even though our appointment at 10:30 am we got the consultation at 1:30 they are changing the order file for their relatives. And this hospital doesn’t have any complaints section too. Our request is when we are paying for services they should give some respect to patients words.

When I move my eye ball left or right , I used to get pain in my eye ball, so doctor saw my eye nerves (eye general checkup) and said everything is normal... It became like I was telling lie ....... Further more I asked why I'm getting pain in my eyes he told... You can visit neurologist. ....... Then I went to one of my friend friends dad .....he is nurse in govt hospital..... When I told him my problem....he diagnosed me with acute sinuses.....he told to take steam and problem was cured... diagnosing is a skill not all doctors have it

Doctors here are good and clinic is maintained clean. People come here from different places.

Very bad experience,the staff doesn't response and they are in the attitude of they doing everything for free

Very bad hospital no space to sit ... Nurse are very rude... They won't treat patients good...overall bad... The doctors should take strict action towards nurse and counter center.. they make patients to wait for 3to 4hrs for normal checkup..There is no phone call appointment and they won't take patients seriously

Best eye hospital in Davangere! Highly recommended for regular eyechek ups, cataract surgery and laser operations. Very crowded in the afternoons, better to have an appointment.
