Thank you for the prompt & courteous service & also for solving the problem. It's my duty to mention here the excellent service given by Mr. Rohith. The approach &:concern displayed by him is worth emulating by others. My all appreciations to him.

The lady exicutive who was present in the store was very aggressive and un provisional behaviour. Even she was feared to mentioned her name and even not attended the complete we brought. The thing was yesterday our father brought his spectacle for the repair and given the lady avilable at store. While repairing she damaged the spectacle which dad was also not checked while taken from them. Today i visited the stop to discuss and get it fix. But the exicutive was behaved very unprofessional and even she delayed to gave her number. Kindly if u want to visit kindly visit mama joint store on lenskart which have excellent customer behaviour @lenskart need to take action on this.

Very pathetic experience, only focus on fresh selling. I have spent 30 minutes in the store at Davangere. No one here to attend my breakage frame complaint.

I am loyal customer from 3 years and I feel Worst service by the staffs .They are not behaving in good manner and they are like don't treat good for customer.

Worst experience, I have been a loyal Lenskart customer for 5 years and have always been satisfied with your products and services. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I visited your store to have my eyeglasses tightene as I was feeling a bit loose. One of your staff members offered to help and proceeded to heat the frame to adjust it. Unfortunately, after this, the left lens became unclear. I immediately brought this to the staff member's attention and requested that they correct the issue. However, I was met with an unsatisfactory response and a lack of urgency to resolve the problem. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
