Disappointed with the very unresponsive and bad experience today. we fixed the appointment, for my wife, through the Phone Number given, which seems to be a Call Center facility. Travelling in a taxi for about 20 kms, from our home, reached there at the right time, was told that the Technician who was to test the patient is on leave and the person was not sure when he will come. I asked for the Manager, and was told he will come in late in the afternoon. The person at the counter had no answer how then the appointment was fixed. I had good hopes and expectations and feel totally disappointed.
