The biggest attraction of this store is 50% off on all premium sunglasses and frames 😊 Am told it is one of the very few stores to offer this all year round. That is not the only thing that works for this Devanahalli store though. I have been visiting the store for different optical needs for self and family and every time have been pleased with my experience. The staff are friendly, courteous, come across as knowing their stuff well and not out to sell the most expensive product on the shelf. Show a great amount of flexibility to meet customer needs. The products are good value and quality. Recently got prescription lenses onto my old Raybans - they matched the colour perfectly, lens quality is good and I got progressive lenses at half the cost another optician charged for fitting single vision lenses onto another pair about 6 months back. Pleasantly surprised and highly recommend.

Very bad service. I had ordered for contact lenses on urgent basis as I was going out of town. They didn't deliver it on time as the first thing and later on there was no follow up from the store whatsoever. I had also paid advance.

The one person in the receptionist sounds like i felt disrespected by his rude behaviour, he doesn't know how to handle the customers.

The receptionist doesn't know how to behave with customers, he is not skilled at dealing with customers and that guy is wearing glasses he behaves rudely.

Very good, humble and helpful optician. My spects broke during my duty time he repaired the frame of spects within 15 mins and didn't charge a single paisa even. Very good behavior of staff. I recommend all to visit once.
