We recently visited for a routine eye checkup and was highly impressed with the quality of care provided. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and the staff is professional and courteous. The doctors are very experienced, take the time to explain the diagnosis clearly, and provide effective treatment options tailored to individual needs. The hospital's cleanliness and well-organized setup also stood out, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for patients. They also offer a wide range of services, from basic checkups to advanced surgeries, making it a one-stop destination for comprehensive eye care. However, the primary drawback is the long waiting time. Even with a prior appointment, the process from registration to consultation can take significantly longer than expected. While the quality of care makes up for the wait, it would be great if the management could work on reducing delays and streamlining the process for a better patient experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Sri Narayana Eye Hospital for its expertise and high-quality care. Just make sure to plan your visit with some extra time in mind.

I had one of the worst experiences at this hospital. After my eyes were dilated, I was made to wait for an extended period due to the hospital's poor appointment management. They schedule too many appointments without proper planning, forcing a single doctor to handle multiple tasks, such as laser treatments and retina tests, each of which takes over 30 minutes per patient. As a result, patients are left waiting with dilated eyes for an unreasonable amount of time. If the hospital insists on accommodating more patients, they should appoint additional doctors and staff or limit the number of appointments to ensure that patients are not subjected to such long waiting times. Secondly, regarding the optical section, the pricing is high, and they take longer than necessary to deliver glasses. Worse, they fail to meet their promised delivery timelines, causing inconvenience, especially for senior citizens like me, who have to make multiple trips due to their false commitments. In my personal experience, I was assured that my tested glasses would be delivered within five days, which I agreed to. At the time of order, they did not accept an advance payment and instead insisted on full payment before delivery, which I promptly made. However, when I went to collect my glasses on the committed date, January 29th, I was asked to wait for half an hour as the glasses were supposedly "on the way." I requested them to call me once they arrived, but they never did. At 6:15 PM, I called the optical section for an update, only to be told that the glasses had not yet arrived. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but instead of addressing my concern, they disconnected my call. Half an hour later, they called back, asking me to come at 7:30 PM, despite the hospital's official closing time being 7:00 PM. Trusting their word, I reached the hospital at 7:25 PM, only to find it closed. This kind of false commitment causes unnecessary hardship and suffering for patients. I came here believing this was a highly reputed hospital, but such unprofessional behavior, especially towards senior citizens, is unacceptable. I strongly condemn this attitude and urge the administration to take serious action against the staff responsible for these misleading promises.

We went to Narayana Super Speciality Hospital for my Father in law’s cataract surgery. The experience was as seamless as it could be. We met Dr. Uma Venugopal for initial investigation and she understood the condition and history very well. She was very transparent about the success of the surgery and the same results were achieved. Then we met Mr. Naveen who guided us through lens selection, process and planning. He was there for all our queries and post op care as well. The nurses and support staff are very kind and helpful. The whole system is smooth, they waste no time and provide very good treatment and care.

My father had gone through the Cataract surgery on 15th Dec and the process was very smooth. After surgery 3 times consultation done and the behaviors of the staffs are really commendable. They all are very caring and accommodating. Dr Naveen has helped me with my insurance process. My dad is doing very well and he has mentioned about the hospital to everyone. Thank you all the staffs and doctor's for their support and help during the surgery and consultation process.

I was kept informed throughout, which helped alleviate my worries. *Post-Surgery* The hospital staff ensured her comfort and safety. One of the best eye hospitals in the town. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They give proper time for the treatment and explain details to the patient. All the modern equipments are available. Treatment process is quite streamlined and smooth. My dad, who is a diabetic and cardiac patient, got operated for cataract here. Proper care was taken during the surgery. His vision is back to normal after the surgery.
