I have visited this Eye hospital and found the treatment was well given to my father. Hospital is well maintained, Staff behaviour is great. Billing process needs some improvements for hospital and pharmacy expenses. I found this to be a go to place to treat the issues related to eyesight. Thank you

The staff says to us that give ratings to us . He says that give 5 star and says that to done it. It is like forcing someone to do his/her appreciations. But service is good .

It was a good experience. We feel reassured at every point of treatment. You can expect personal care to every patient in the hospital, which is very much required in such moments of despair.

I would rate the check-up as good and give 3 stars overall. However, I faced an issue at the pharmacy. When the doctor prescribed 30 tablets, I requested to purchase only 5 tablets due to financial constraints. The pharmacist refused and insisted I buy at least 10 tablets, stating that cutting a 10-tablet pack into smaller quantities leads to losses as others might not buy the remaining tablets. I found this reason unreasonable and feel this policy prioritizes profit over patient needs. I urge the hospital to reconsider such practices to ensure better patient care and accessibility
