Good Service and Good Quality

As mentioned in case, so i visited on Friday for adjustment of my specs, staff told me technician was on holiday n told me come next day, so nxt day I went again n that time i spoke with staff about adjstmnt that staff was non other technician, he told me that it weekend after lil argument he did his work.... Now wat I want to say is that it's just took 3 to 4 min to adjust it so kindly don't waste customer time by sending them back with silly reason, like how you do work even we do the same n take time again n again for one thing which we have already paid.... This is not a way to treat anyone even we have paid for that.. Kindly look after that... Thank you
