hospital doctor doesnt know what is the issue my mom had eye issue this doctor simply gave specs to wear but when shown in banglore the issue was different so beware of this doctor. Patient name is Beena ,here just gave specs for her eye irritation which was not cured when shown in Narayana netralaya banglore she was diagnosed wit glucoma and given treatment and drops according to that now shes good.

It is the worst hospital I ever seen. They didn't let me consult the actual doctor and I was directed to one guy, who is the owner of this hospital not the doctor. He gave me some eye drops, because of which my eye infection has become more worst. I recommend not to go to this hospital. He wrote the prescription and later he told we will keep this prescription with us after buying medicines from their pharmacy. I don't know what kind of hospital is this. I don't want to give even a single rating to this hospital. When we asked to sanitize the eye testing equipments in this pandemic situation, they refuse to do so.. few people were not wearing mask even.I believe no one uses prescription letter as tissue, patient need it for reference. No one here is Google graduate, we too have knowledge on medicines and how they react. Right medicines should be given for eye infections or else the infection may get worse

In all this a great hospital would be one where care and attention is lavished on each patient, medical teams must spend time with each patient, explaining and answering their questions as best as they can and with candor, empathy and respect😊....
