One of the worst stops in this hospital is that they are not responsible for the people and people who are asking for an appointment they are not given the proper communication

Date 30-04-2023 We have told them to put 15000 lense,also we asked at reception about final fee of surgery, they told it will be finalize by doctor only after that they have done surgery without information of lenses and taken amount of Rs 26000 without giving GST Registered bill and also we paid separately other charges like consultation, blood checkup and some other check ups. Date 05-05-2023 Today they given bill after taking amount and they entring amount by asking us, i don't know how they have charging.

Hospital people says we have to take appointment early morning for treatment people come from far places early morning just to take the appointment , but there will not be any hospital staff who will give appointment confirmation, we have to take the appointment from a banana seller, this is highly unprofessional, at least there should be a hospital staff for this.
