Worst service. We went for our mother's cataracts surgery. First, receptionist are arrogant they are not trained any sort of handling patients. Those who check for BP and sugar levels are not even trained professionals. They use electronic BP machines really pathetic. At least 3 readings should be taken for each patient with these gadgets. Dr is ok but it looks he is not in control of the clinic very sad. We were asked to come at 8-00 AM but they attended at 9-30 AM. We were just sitting at the lounge and waiting. Then asked to wait for long time because of technical issues. This is very bad with senior citizens. I would suggest to train receptionist and other technicians to handle the situation professionally.

I had been visited this hospital for my husband treatment 2 weeks ago reception area is very polite and doctor treated very well, I was satisfied with staff and doctors, I got spectacles for bike riding purpose and it was very good.

I had been visiting almost 4-5 yrs for my mom's eye treatment, trust me ds is d best place ever for cataract eye surgery, etc etc, as u vl find d best Doctor manjunath here. I tell u he is a GEM, best staff,, best place, neat n clean maintained, even v hav lots of choices I'm choosing our own frames over der. Thank u ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited this hospital 5 day's back, Doctor treated nicely, staff were caring. Worth visiting the hospital even though we waited for one hour due to huge patient load.

One of the best and reasonable eye hospital in kolar with extremely caring staff . Dr Manjunath was very helpful, supportive and friendly doctor. Hospital is very clean and cost effective as well. I am so glad that I visited this hospital for my grandmother eye operation.

Receptionists have more headweight in this hospital..they are not courtes enough towards patients..
