The quality of patient care at this hospital has significantly declined. I recently visited to check if my eye power had changed, but the experience was disappointing. A person, seemingly posing as a doctor, conducted the examination. Instead of changing the lenses or performing a proper test, he simply used my existing spectacles and declared there was no issue. When I questioned why the doctor was not providing proper treatment, he laughed, which strongly suggested they might be involved in some unethical practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this hospital and seeking a better facility that provides proper care and attention to patients.

Doctor is good and humble but the service from specs department are wrost handling patients they don't talk properly when specs arrives they dont even concern to infrom patients worst experience management need to improve

Doctor is good, But staffs and nurse are not professional. Doctor needs to look into the management.

Doctors is kind enough to successfully conduct my Fathers cataract operation. They took all the precautionary measures and followed up with us after operation.I would recommend this place to anyone who's facing problem regarding any optical related issues without any fear. very good staffs ,They answered all my queries. I have undergone cataract surgery here for my cousin with and she is fine they explained everything to me in a very clear manner. They also kind and friendly. One of the best hospital in mandya.

Worst hospital service, I had come for my father cataract surgery. staffs are very rude. They won't do operation unless you pay full money despite you have valid insurance.

My brother in-law had vision problem,my friend was referred me to Trinetra eye hospital am happy and satisfied with their services........ Thanks to doctor and staff of trinetra
