It's a clean place with a great and friendly staff. The doctors here are very professional and great. The receptionists are quick at answering queries It has a well maintained washroom & a spacious waiting area with seating. There are doctors, labs , ECG , X-Ray and NCV tests. Dr.Shivananda Pai is one of the best neurologists in Mangalore & it is truly justified .

I had consulted Dr Shivanand pai at this clinic . The doctor was so compassionate in treating me and addressed all my queries with clarity . Staff members were very supportive . Thank you team I would strongly recommend this clinic 👍👍👍

I had the misfortune of seeing Dr Shivanand Pai for one of my problems. He made me spend up to 13k on unnecessary tests, prescribed 1000 Rs worth of medications each month for 4 months, with zero relief. His attitude too gradually worsened as he wasn't even spending 5 minutes to hear me out. I ended up at another clinic for the same treatment only to find out that in place of the tests he made me do, an x-ray would have been sufficient.

Doctors are very good but the reception staff especially the lady who sits in first floor is horrible. She talks and behave to patient like she is the MD of the clinic and also she is very rude . Kindly change her. Many people experienced the same .

Well managed and sophisticated clinic ,, well behaved staffs ,, value for money ,, I wil definitely recommend others to visit Dr Shivanand Pai for any neurological illness ..

They do not accept card no matter how big the amount (really fishy! Fraudsters?) and we had to spend up to 4k cash for a simple problem of a minor headache.. The doctor Dr Shivananda Pai made us go through a CT scan which he didn't even bother to see before suggesting medications. The staff including those at the pharmacy desk are arrogant. Worst part is the patients are not allowed to wear footwear whereas the staff are allowed to. This is totally undone especially in a hospital where they must give utmost importance to hygiene and cleanliness. I'd never suggest anyone to visit this place.

We had been here for my mom for Orthopedist Dr KR Kamath. The doctor is very knowledgeble and his consulting worked well for my mom. Problem is with the Clinic. This clinic has multiple best doctors from KMC mangalore which is nearby. Neither they accept card nor they accept big notes. They need exact cash amount which is painy. Seems to be fooling IT department by only accepting cash - I will be raising a complaint very soon to IT department.
