Falnir Clinic

Its almost 2 and half years. My mom had appointment with Dr. Nameeth Dsouza for her retinal detachment. No words to describe the way he handled the case. Hats off to him and his staff Rajani and team thank you so much.

Falnir clinic is Located in the heart of the city. There are many specialist doctors available for consultation. Parking facility is also available within the premises I would have given a 5 rating for the service of the doctors but giving a 4 for the service provided by the staff here . ( Not all though) Staffs needs training to handle the patients and expectation is that, they need to be a little polite towards them. Especially the elderly ones. Also if they can communicate correctly on the appointment time waiting period for patients can be reduced during the current Pandemic times.

I called in for an appointment and they said you can walk in as it was early morning. As i went early, my consultation with Dr. Jerome Pinto was done quick. Appreciate the gesture & value of time .

This clinic is not all gud that to Dr Deepak pinto he himself write prescription to his patients which tablet is near expiry date in his clinic pharmacy to avoid loss it's very much shame to him as dctr he does such things, it is nt dt I hv heard about it.., my self wrked in his pharmacy fo jst 12days and came to know about dis.,,they treat their clinic staff very badly all together the worst clinic.,and about his ortho sandles shoes he charges double price and dt too he don't even say to patient's dt it is only fo 3months.., patients pay thousand of money and purchase but no use only waste of money....over all I had bad experience in dis clinic..,please before visiting dis clinic and pharmacy think twice..,,,don't purchase any medicines frm dis clinic pharmacy..

There was a noticeable delay in the service, and the waiting period was frustrating, even with an early appointment. This could be improved to enhance patient satisfaction.

Highly professional Doctors. Good to go. But not for Orthopedic. My mom has consulted & was under a medication for more than 6 months with Orthopedic Dr. Deepak Pinto unfortunately didn't worked at all & she is still going through the pain & waste of money. And he had prescribed over dosed Thyroid tablets, which damaged her health critically. He is very negligible person.

Dr. Jerome Pinto is one of the best dermatologist in Mangalore. He is a very jovial person. My family and me have consulted him on all dermatological matters for very long time and I can say with confidence that his treatment is very effective and precise. Clinic itself is well staffed, ample parking space, neat and tidy

Doctors are good. The old lady outside is very rude and spoils the atmosphere of the clinic. She is treating the clinic staff like a dictator. Please make her to sit at home and enjoy her retired life.
