KMC Hospital Mangaluru

There was a time when almost every household in Mangaluru recommended KMC Jyothi for affordable and good healthcare.However when I recently visited here, things have changed drastically — and not for the better. The hospital has become extremely greedy. Appointments and treatments are illogically expensive, burning a hole in your pocket. Even some of the hospital staff admits that the hospital is more focused on looting patients than providing care. To make matters worse, they aggressively push inpatients to leave positive reviews on Google. I would definitely not recommend this hospital to anyone now. I stayed in KMC Hospital Mangalore along with my wife from 09Apr25 to 18Apr25 for my wife’s treatment as well as my treatment. Wonderful experience here with all say Doctor, Nurses, coordinators especially Ms Saira, Gastroenterology department & Mr Karthik, International patient coordinator. They all helped us very much. They took care of us every hour. Doctors are very helpful and polite. I will suggest everyone to take treatment with the hospital.

I had an amazing experience at kmc hospital during my maternity journey. From the beginning when I walked into the hospital to visit Dr Vrinda. The staff was incredibly supportive and caring. The facilities were really good and I especially appreciate the doctor and her team. Dr. Vrinda was exceptional; is one who deep dives into and devoted into her profession. I can’t get words to express my gratitude to you Ma’am. Your service was truly above and beyond my expectations. The nurses were always there to help, and the care takers were very attentive. The whole team surprised me with a cake, making the day truly unforgettable one. As I shared my birthday on the day I delivered. I big shout out to all the staffs in the my pregnancy Journey Usha, Bhuvaneshwari, Nisha, Amita, Deepa and the whole team. They were so friendly and made my pregnancy journey a memorable one! I would like to thank my husband who stood beside me during labour and we both shared this beautiful journey of birthing together!!

1st Thankful to Dr. Vrindha Sheety madam, she is the best of best doctor in Mangalore, 2nd is KMC Very nice and good Hospitality.. takes good care and handling of born baby and mother with patience and caring .. nurse are very polite and mother and child caretakers Laxmi parvathi janaki geetha shashikala Nishmitha, are very professional and polite. Very nice experience and nice ambience, KMC is best in class in Hospitality for Pregnancy.

Must tell about Dr.Deepak Shedde & his team. so professional & positive energy around us from our baby delivery day to discharge day. He was so calm & supportive , handled my wifes difficult delivery session successfully. Best decision taken by us. "I had the most incredible experience delivering my baby at KMC HOSPITAl JYOTI From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel at ease. The medical team was exceptional - knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to our every and the postpartum care was top notch. What truly impressed me, though, was the kindness, compassion, and empathy shown by every single staff member we encountered. Dr Deepak Shedde was my lifes best ever decision taken. "HE IS LIKE AN ANGEL TO ME". I stayed in room no 1012, We had a wonderful, happy and safe Delivery. Every staff in the floor were so caring and helpful in everyway. The house keeping department were also very clean and punctual. Be it cleaning the room or giving bath, they were wonderful. Special mention to the house keeping team, Janaki akka, lakshmi akka, shashikala akka, geetha akka, parvati akka and Nishmitha akka. Overall it was a wonderful and happy birthing experience. Thank you KMC

I recently delivered my baby at KMC Hospital via C-section by Dr Vrinda Shetty, and I am beyond grateful for the care and support I received from the entire medical team. From the moment I was admitted, the doctors, nurses, and staff ensured that I felt comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Sheeba sister turned out to be so close during my pregnancy scan and nst procedure.she was very Co operative. The post-operative care was equally commendable—nurses were attentive, regularly checking on me and ensuring I had everything I needed for a smooth recovery. The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for both me and my baby. I am deeply thankful to the entire team at KMC Hospital for making my delivery experience a positive and memorable one. I highly recommend this hospital to any expecting mother looking for excellent maternity care!
