Wrong pricing. The product clearly says Rs 1000 for 2 for kids sunglasses and I was told each of them costs Rs 2000 and I need to pay Rs 4000, when I asked to talk to the manager he asked me to calm down when I wasn’t even rude or shouting. I only asked him why there was such a difference. Extremely rude behaviour and I will never go back. Attaching the pictures.
I didn’t have the best experience at another Lenskart store, so I wasn’t expecting much when I visited the one near Hampankatta. But Mr Puneeth completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses that I couldn’t find anywhere, and he took the time to track them down for me. He made the whole process smooth and hassle free. It’s great to see such good customer service, and I really appreciate the effort he put in. Definitely a great experience!

Scam alert!!! These guys show one price on the shelves and when u bill they tell you the conditions for those discounts. The sales staff girl was confused and told us price was discounted if we were a member and manager told us the discounted price shown on shelf was a staff error and not applicable on our purchase. We got out of there and bought the same product on Amazon for discounted price. No wonder local businesses lose to online shopping. Terrible service and malpractice from this vendor. Never going back.
