Tejasvini Hospital

Needs a lot of improvement. There is a lot of mismanagement. I would like to add some feedback points: - Very less seating capacity. - No proper token system leading to lot of wastage of time. - Needs to be digitalized to grow. - I saw a patient standing from so long and no one caring about him. - Doctors are good, but management needs to improve a lot. Standing here in the queue would surely lead you worsen your situation. One major thing that I noticed was, people go for xrays and after xray even if you finish fast, you need to wait for your turn and that's really time consuming. Adding to this, government hospitals are faster. I hope you take the feedback seriously for the better growth of your hospital.

I had a great experience at Tejaswini Hospital. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The doctors are highly skilled and attentive, providing excellent care with a compassionate approach. I appreciate their professionalism and the genuine concern they show for their patients. Highly recommended!

The services provided are really good. Had an appointment with Dr Siddharth he is very polite and addressed us patiently with precise details for our treatment. Overall a good experience.😊

Hi All, I had been to this hospital as OPD( out patients) The doctors are good responding on time but for Out patients... No cards accepted No UPI This is the worst thing in the hospital, Their making us to go in search of ATM when we are in emergency case and staffs who are in the cash counter are not at all responding quick and there is no proper way, like they have not maintained any queue system and it is like rushing to the cash counter. These things they have to make some improvements and the hospital has maintained neat and clean and the staff in other department are responding on time.

Worst experience. They don't know to how to check UPI payments. Made us wait for 5 hours because the person in the billing counter doesn't have access to check the UPI payments done. The manager was not available who had access. Such a bad experience. They didn't even accept even after showing the Gpay successful payment page. The patient had to wait for 5 hours.

Worstest expirence ever lol they dont accpt digital payment in an emergency i forgot my wallet atm card cash everything. Those stupi people i requested a lot that i dont have cash plss accpt phone pe gpay. They are like they NEED cash only. All black money they are keeping. @ED incometax govt should go through it. Basically its a fraud. Also even after given cash they didnt give a bill also. No bill is given for OPD payment. And they accpt only cash. Great this how india is. Middle class suffers and again bigshot people leads lol

Fine service, staff, lab, etc. Canteen is a bit lower standard, I feel. Dr. Sreenivas is a very nice and caring doctor with my experience.
