One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a frame replacement!! Delay in their service and the frame which I ordered was broken by them during fitting. After 4 days of waiting, they delivered the spectacles with another frame they themselves decided suits me. 🤦🏻‍♂️ They did not even inform me that they are putting another frame on. I would have made them replace it if I had had a spare set of spectacles. The frame they selected comes in the colors of the rainbow! 🌈 Decide for yourself. Images attached.

Very good experience here. I broke my frames and urgently needed a replacement the very same day. The saleswoman named Mamta was very warm and friendly and helped out a lot with choosing the best option and promptly fitted my old lenses into the new frame. Would definitely recommend- lots of options and budget friendly as well.

The store is efficient and suffices all purposes even though I have thick glasses and won't go with every frame, they have amazing options. Brilliant service too. Had a great experience and never disappointed.

Pathetic experience. First these people said that my sister's spectacles cannot be repaired and she will have to buy a new frame. Then, they made us pay in full and when we came back to collect the new spectacles, they had scratched the lens! The owner didn't even as much as say a sorry. Just said... It happened, I can give you fifty percent off if you buy another pair or lens from us(typical conman attitude) sad that Manipal people have limited choices for their optical needs:(

Poor service. Gave my spectacles for fixing the lens and they broke my frame. The owner put the blame on me saying that I broke the frame before I got it to them. Such is the response I got today. Totally disgusted. Poor customer care and quality This is in correspondence to the reply you had given me 6 months back. You call my frame flimsy ? Such is the care and attitude you have towards your customer. I bought the frame to you in top notch condition. I only asked you ppl to fix the lens which had come out. And you ppl managed to brake the frame as well. And by the way, I bought the frame from a shop which I had been going for the past 15 years. They have never provided me with a flimsy frame as you have claimed here. All that you are trying is save your reputation , which has already gone with respect to me And you talk about dealing with customers like me ? First learn how to accept your mistake. And btw, I should have been careful in choosing a shop like yours.
