Worst experience the worst quality glass they have provided & the glass frame got broken even though it's not yet crossed more than 2 months I have purchased it recently & again they are asking me to pay the money for a new frame..

I visited this hospital for my mother's eye check up. Very friendly and affectionate staff . Answered to her all querries. And very nice optical store with good collection of frames.. All the best to management and the staff..

I went here to consult a good ophthalmologist for eye checkup. While taking appointment they didn’t inform me that doctor was not there at that time. One girl came and started the checkup, I thought it was initial procedure before going to experienced doctor. But she noted the sight readings and sent me out. They are cheating patients who come for genuine experienced doctors. Very pathetic experience.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. Pooja - the staff member was friendly and helpful. The service was quick. And in fact we faced some personal problem with a lost phone and Pooja spontaneously lent us her bike to help us. Really a friendly place with very responsible staff members.

We had a bitter experience with consultation with Doctor Bindhu Malini [Eye specialist] on 31-10-2023. After coming 40 minutes late, instead of saying a sorry for being late, she blame us for making her drive fast and disturbed her for not performing other responsibilities she had as if she is giving a free service. [We made reception to call her once because doctor hasn't show up long after the reporting time ]. She made a eye checkup of my Son in a hurry and prescribed the medicines and was rude in answering our doubts.Me and my wife got surprised with this behavior. We will not recommend this doctor at all.
