Dr and the staff is really satisfied. Patient need to leave footwear , the same time staffs of the hospital never follow the rule why this discrimination is there any guidelines from any authority.? If the hygiene is the priority it's applicable for everyone. Patient walking in bare foot it might lead to get contagious infection.! So we look for equality and the hygiene services Thanking you. Respected Sir/Madam Today we came for consultation,I am happy management's reply but here we can see the same scenario staff ask patient to leave footwear with their dirty footwear .

I consulted 3 days ago, but I felt disappointed because I believe that doctors should explain the patient's condition. She only mentioned that she would prescribe eye drops and instructed me to use them. During a consultation, the doctor should educate the patient on what condition they have, how long it might last, and what the prescribed treatment involves. After the examination, simply saying, "I’ll prescribe eye drops," doesn’t seem sufficient. Otherwise, the hospital is good and hygienic.

The staff, doctors, and support team worked together to make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. The facilities is well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive. My experience was outstanding, and I am extremely satisfied with the results of my cataract surgery. I highly recommend this hospital anyone seeking cataract surgery or related eye care. You will be in safe and capable hands!

Excellent Hospital. I have taken my father to consult doctor. Doctor is so friendly and the way doctor treated my father, my father is so satisfied. Doctor explanations in very understanding way. Hospital is well maintained, clean and sanitation is good. Staff is very much cooperative.
