I had the most and worst experience with this showroom by the two lady executives They treat customers by their dressing style and cuteness We were there around 15 mnts and they both were in mobile Actually we are the past customers and went the mall only for changing our frames for the upcoming function Dear lenskart team treat everyone with same respect Adding photos for your reference

Ordered it 17 days back, gave then the address and told them to ship the order once it arrives to the store, no one called to update, if I call the store they say we will check and call you back, the service is hopeless at the best!!! Very disappointed

Very happy with the collection available and the unique kinds. Got an offer of buy 1 get 1 by availing membership for a year. This is a wise choice and it will be helpful if you would be using sunglasses often. There are polarized glasses also available. The staff were so friendly and patient. Helped us through the selection and we had a happy experience today. Grabbed two sunglasses home ♥️😍 Even I love the glass cover box as it is perfectly designed in a spacious way ensuring safety and better quality of the glass. Great job.

Limited staff and during peek hours attending each customer effectively is nt happening.

Worst worst stores !! Please don't go to Lenskart.. particularly this stores.. we bought specs for 16k and we get the wrong lens.. we are requesting to change it and it every visit the power is getting worse.. they have no experiance.. they checked my power in every visit(4 times).. it's the worst stores !! We are going every week and they aren't even refunding though they have refunding policy
