Very worst service not experienced this kind of service in my life I suggest to the people to shift to other brands or support locals they give best service compare to this company this store. And they damaged my old glass and they changed the shaped without information and adjusted with the local glasses Photos is for the reference U can compare it too

Worst Experience at Lenskart, Mall of Mysore – Disappointed with Service and False Promises We visited the Lenskart store at Mall of Mysore during the holidays on 22nd March 2025 with high hopes of getting a pair of glasses for my son. The sales staff, assured us that the glasses would be delivered to Dubai by 27th March 2025, which seemed like a reasonable timeframe. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Instead of receiving the glasses on the promised date, we were told the delivery would be delayed. First, it was changed to 3rd April, then 5th April, then 7th April, and now it’s been pushed to 8th April. With each passing day, the delivery date keeps getting further pushed back, and there’s no guarantee we will receive the glasses before my son's school starts. This is causing us a lot of stress and frustration. What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of responsibility shown by the sales staff confidently gave us false promises without any regard for the inconvenience caused. When we reached out for updates, they showed no courtesy to offer an apology or even provide clear communication. As if our concerns don’t matter to them. We are feeling completely helpless at this point, and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Lenskart to think twice. Poor communication, and false promises have left us extremely dissatisfied with this store. If you're expecting timely service, you should think twice. Very disappointed! Update... Finally I received the delivery of my orders on 2 different dates 5th April and 7th April. Upon sending the complaint to gbreviewsupport@lenskart.com and care@lenskart.com, I received the apologies and status updates. Lenskart management should take preventive steps from such customer experiences and make sure that customer is well informed about the realistic delivery dates and also about 'probable delay' voluntarily in advance. So that customer take a decision whether to place the order or not.

Good service from the staff, Mrs Likitha . We went just for trying out, but bought three glasses at the end. We did a free eye checkup also. Lots of offers and Options. Far better than conventional stores.

Poor Service from Staff The staff at Lenscart were not helpful at all during my recent purchase. They seemed uninterested and didn’t provide clear answers to my questions. When I received my lenses, packing was not good and even the protection cover missing and questioned their response was unprofessional. I expected better service, especially from such a reputed brand. Very disappointing experience.

Good and quick service helped. I had to get a lense cleaner they provided the cleaning cloth for free as well.

Great experience shopping at the mall of mysore Lenskart store. Mr Nagendra was excellent at coustomer service. He patiently showed and suggested us about a variety of frames.

Good service wide range of glasses to choose from Mall of mysuru is a nice place to hang out too
