Took mom for an eye checkup. The receptionist tells needs to get an appointment a week before and also she is making new list of new comers infront of us. No polite nature and rude behaviour by the receptionist women

Dr. Mahesh Kumar, is very much caring about patient & advice properly, where as the reception counter girls & few attendants are very impatient & arrogant & improper behaviour on elders, otherwise doctor is very good

I am proud to say I have been visiting this clinic from past 10 years for regular checkups for our entire family. The Doctor is very soft spoken and very caring. Habib sir the optical section takes care of our specs needs with care and gentleness. He actually helps us to choose according to our budget. Overall the clinic has gained a good reputation with the service of Dr Mahesh sir & his supporting staff Habib.

I have been planning to write a review for months now. Today I remembered and got time to write. Only because of the experienced well mannered Dr Mahesh I'm visiting with my relatives as an attendant. The scenario doesn't feel like it is a hospital the staffs are so loud no discipline. Appointment timing management is very bad. The boy named Pavan and the short Muslim lady who cares and treats well. I heard the names Ramya and Amrutha they don't have a sense that we're paying to consult the doctor they think we're there for their generosity. I hope the concerned authorities will take an action. Those who are not willing to serve in a dignified manner should be fired and new staff should be hired. They don't show gratitude for their work because they don't have a clear sense that there are people outside the hospital who are still looking for a job. I don't want to give a bad reputation to the hospital. My relatives are having a follow up the coming days if there is any changes I'm really glad to delete the review.
