I was suffered from retinal detachment.The other hospitals diagnosis and they said immediately to go Retina care clinic. And said doctor is very best and in top five in Mysore. I contacted and take treatment including surgery and now I am very good. The charges is also very cheap compare to other hospitals. Clinic is good, maintenance is good, staffs are also good, mainly doctor is very best.

I am Dr. T Raghunath 71 yrs old Retired Professor UOM, underwent cataract surgery in Sneha eye hospital near RTO JLB road, which was unknown to me. One of my relative Dr.Srinivas gave reference of this hospital. The preliminary test, during cataract surgery, and post surgery everything went very well under the experienced ophthalmologist Dr.Virupaksha Swamy. Even the nursing staff were cordial and friendly nature. The hospital hygienic and clean. I never experienced any pain during the surgery and after surgery one week. I followed doctors advice. Totally a good experience. Most important thing a good communication between a doctor and patient fulfilled by Dr. Virupaksha Swamy

Appointment was given at 8 am. But the doctor saw the patient at 10:57 am. They won't send the patient accordingly to the queue nor according to the appointment. One full day in this clinic. Staffs are pathetic. Working professionals get holiday on the day of visit.

Unsystematic approach and very unprofessional staff behaviour and doctor is very rude

Very unfriendly and unprofessional. The reception staff will undo this business someday, if they are not properly trained or fired. They don't allow accompanying persons. If you accompany the patient, you have to stay outside and you will have no place to sit. It might take 3 hours of standing near the staircase. And no sense of priority. They took 3 hours just for a scan, which the doctor later said to staff that there was no need for the patient to wait. But nobody even uttered a word of sorry. Totally unprofessional place. Mysore has lots of eye care places that make you feel comfortable. If you want to feel frustrated, go to this place,

Best retina care in Mysore. Dr. Treated for my father-in-law well. If you have a prior appointment there won't be any waiting period. Staffs are good. The place is very hygienic and they follow the covid rules. They have a lift facility as well as a stair lift.
