Management is not good. Faculties are simply waste time for their personal reasons and making patients to wait for longer time. They will ignore patients and make patients to wait even if they charge more price. Give priority to the patients. Make process faster. Treat patients in good way and on priority. Everyone's time is important. Behave properly!

Giving 2 stars just because doctors are good here. The management nd the staffs are so mean. They doesn't even interact with patients nd customers clearly. Hanging up the calls even tho we're talking(asking some info about the procedure)is not how u treat customers. Calling us early (1hr before the the actual schedule) nd making us wait is not acceptable.

I underwent Trans PRK surgery under the care of Dr. Prabhu and Dr. Namratha, and under the guidance of Ravi and nithya. It was a good experience. My vision is now clear, and I’m very happy with the service
