Titan Eye + at Kalidasa Rd, Mysore

I went to Titan eye Plus to get new specs, and let me tell you, their vibes were on point! The staff was super polite and chill, even though I was being all extra and annoying because my eyes were dilated from some eye drops. They had so much patience and helped me find the perfect frame that suited my face. When it came to showing me the glasses options, they were totally laid-back and not pushy at all. They didn't try to sell me some expensive stuff, but instead gave me the freedom to choose what I liked and what fit my budget. And let me tell you, their products are legit top-notch quality and really sturdy. I'm totally satisfied and can't wait to go back again. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone!

They had a good variety and the sales team was also very friendly and helped in choosing the right frame for better looks,they did a free testing as well.

Called in to check if they have any disposable contact lenses and they helped with a free sample!!! Wonderful customer service!!!

One of the worst Titan store, I had brought my new pair of glasses from a different titan store a week before I first visited this store for adjustment while the staff took it inside for adjustment he broke it and then complained on the design of the glasses and tried convincing me to choose a different design when I denied it he told the same frame is available only in the Bangalore store and would take 2 days to arrive every time I called him and asked he said it has been dispatched from the Bangalore store and refused to give me the tracking I'd too. Later he told me it would get received the next day but later wn I called back the store to make sure he had received it other staff picked up the call to let me know that the courier is not even sent yet and they had sent the address of the store to the Bangalore store that day after which I had to force them to send the tracking Id and it took another 2 days to receive it. It would be better if they could accept the mistake they do and be truthful with the information they give.

They give good service. Got my specs repaired free of cost.

Best place, the staff are tooo good, very humble & honest. Especially senior citizens are respected. They show a lot of concern & care for them. When needed they even come home do their best. My parents bless them always🙌
