This titan showroom in the raichur is worst because let me tell the story which happend with me, i buyed a watch in the month of February 11 2024 after some months in the October month my watch crown and stem came off due to some reason I talked to them about the service of that they said give us the watch and warranty card we will do it. I gaved them watch on the date of November 1 2024 I asked after seven days they said that the parts are not available but we will try they were skipping the days after day by day saying that we have send to company they are kept for supervision this,that reasons. I agreed because that is a titan brand with good name in market and said to do it but the twist was when I gone to showroom to recieve my watch on the date of November 21 2024 the watch crown was lagging I told them what is this they said it will happen like that we can't do anything you must use like that and told me to give 100 rupees of there charge of technician only I gave them but they did not give me the receipt of that service after I gone home and I realised that my watch crown is not the type that i buyed it and not my watch type and than I asked them about what is this that this crown is not the watch type crown and then they told me that we putted the crown by our side .We didn't sent to the company because there were no spare parts available. My question is that why did you take so much of time and giving the foolish reason, and making fraud to Customer, if you could not do the work properly and couldn't give the service and availability of spare part of watch? Than today the date of December 25 2024 I visited the titan showroom in the sikandrabad which is in hydrabad they just asked me when you buyed it and didn't asked the warranty card and entered some info in system and then they took the watch and then gaved back the watch in 10 minutes only not more than that and didn't charge any amount it means 0 rupees because the work is done under warranty and gives services to my watch which is looking as new as I buyed it today. But this titan showroom in the raichur is not giving customer satisfaction service. They are only good with the customer while the customer is buying the watch only and when the there is the time for service they gives reasons and lags behind it. Worst service ever experienced from a good name and fame in the market, Indian genuine branded company showroom.

Worst service provided. They talk very sweet but all fraud. We had a bitter experience with these people. Our eyes were checked but the power they had provided was more than required. We had gone to get it changed you know what they were not accepting and asking us to get it checked outside. The worst part is no clarity and the way the replay was given was as if they are proving us free of cost??? They should sell only watches . They should not go with spectacles. Worst I will never recommend to any of my family or friends
