Treated well, and had an issue with spects (the glasses came out of the frame) when I checked with RBI layout, JP nagar 7th phase, Bangalore-78 lenskart since I stay there, they refused to attend the service & also gave the reasons stating like if the lens is out of frame no problem & no issues you can use it. But here in Shimoga lenskart they made it correct in a proper way & treated well hence we bought 3 spectacles in your branch. Thank you.

Irresponsible staff, doesn't hav the curtusy to ask wht is required, 3 times visited same practice. They will be talking to each other. Brand is real good quality is good, this kind of staff will be back stabbers for company's & brand's growth.

I ordered lens online and received a message that share this OTP while collecting this order so I called them and asked about the order all I received was disrespect by hanging the call in middle of conversation and I called back again. They are not picking, I felt they are rude, no sense of knowledge on how to talk to customers. Hey Lenskart please consider someone’s CV while hiring them. Hiring people who are unfit for the job is useless.
