Titan Eye+ at TSB Circle, Shivamogga

Very bad experience, brought Titan watch,within week watch is not working. I have visited the store they said battery is down then replace the same. But again same issue... I don't want same product, replace the product immediately. The girl staff(manager )are hardly respond to queries properly. With this attitude which customer would like to visit the store .

Nice showroom ,person who is in this photo is so friendly and hv gud communication skills , hv much patience that satisfy with those products of showroom, ultimately customers definitely won't come with bare hand , definitely u will buy something in the showroom that's how they treat everyone .it u have to buy spectacles or watches make ur first option for this showroom.thank you

It’s a great experience to be here may it be for Titan watches, Goggles or Spectacles. Wide range of varieties and good collections. Very genuine products and worth buying here. Staff are very courteous and guide you very well, Specially store manger Neetha looks having a good experience and updates you by regular follow up, if you are looking for particular thing. The best trusted brand and store for eye wares and watches.

I have been visited to this store with confusion mood whether they have do customer service properly or not.... When I came out Iam very happy about their service.... Keep the same for all the customers...

They have good collection of frames. The staff Vinod was very patient even though I took more than 1 hour :-p Price bit costly but quality wise its worth buying it.
