Such a worst response from the staff & opticle counter, they don't know how to behave with patients, hospital management must teach the common sense to their staff. Selected frame of spects is different & delivered is different, when I raised a query about frame color difference, nurse suddenly put the delivered seal on the slip to escape from the query. Recommended to avoid this hospital, search for any other hospital.
