If there was an option of 0 star then probably would have selected that.........like what these guys didn't even provide a carry bag and most funniest thing is that they said sir its out of stock then i asked about that eyeware case lol that guy answerd that same thing sir its out of stock whatever i asked he said sir outof stock is lenskart that poor like iam purchasing eyeware by giving 6k and cant u provide with that carry bag i literally took that in a courier cover in which that come to the store some one provide them budget so that they can purchase some 😂worst experience

We came in at 8:55. They said it’s closing time. We asked for a couple of minutes to buy as we had already selected the glasses. They switched off the lights saying it’s closing time. Such bad customer relationship management. Worst store to pick your glasses. Never going back here.

Visited today for a new pair of glasses. The staff get a 5 star. But the collection is limited. Ms. Teju attended for eye testing and service provided was good. The prices are exorbitant but the quality of the frames do not justify that. The fitting of the spects is also poor...

Worst customer service from staff i resently visited these stores for an enquiry of a perticular model of 👓 i asked a staff about the price and she say 2k and 2k and i asked exact price of it she say 2k and Also ask about gold membership it will cost u same 4kwhat s use of gold membership. She didn't told anything properly.

The hospitality was nice by the staff And the delivery was also very quick
