10 years back my father operated in this hospital now my mother is also got operated realley it was very good service and feels like homely environment and i wane thank to all the Staff and specialley Dr Ravi Krishna

Overall good experience nice treatment from the doctor good staff hospital is very clean and hygiene treatment is free we are blessed to get treated here

NARAYANA NETRALAYA is only for cataract operation ,there will not be any general checkup. They just check cataract in eyes if operation needs to be done ...then they will do operation for free of cost for BPL card holders.

The hospital has changed a lot in service wise, i have been visiting from 10 year but know least bothered about patients waiting time ok but no proper response to the queries and just for one precautions i waited for one hr this is the service no coordination among them patients has to suffer . refraction department and contraction department are the worst they make us roam here and there they don't have idea about the patients and they ask patients only to go here and there and explain

Dr Venkatesh.He is a nice communicated person. Over all nice treating hospital. Communication of staff is very nice.

Narayana netralaya, Tumkur is very good in treatment, and staff are giving good information caring about eyes , so many BPL card peoples are getting treatment for free of cost ,Dr balakrishna sir is the doctor and he is very good, please make use of it.

Rude behavior of staff They not even check general check up Straight away tell these facility not available Don’t waste your valued time. Receptionist collected details ( if u consulted any where before ) based on that one person will come and tell this is not available here go somewhere. Without doing general check up how they conclude it. Govt wasting people’s tax by paying salary of these staff. Big building with out service is waste.

Good treatment.. But one staff was shouting at patients.. I'm not sure if he is manager or what but his behavior was not at all good. He was treating patients very cheap bcz its free hospital
