The store is located at the heart of Udupi city, it's very spacious and has reasonable parking facility. The Staff are very good, patient and knowledgeable. They allowed us to take our time and explore the spectacles collection before finalising on our purchase. Ms Rifa was very helpful and patient and assisted us whenever we approached her. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

We were looking for some sun glasses and visited this store. There are plenty of options in respective of frames and lenses. Had good experience, they have kind staffs to attend all your quarries.

Not happy with the service. I received SMS saying glasses are ready. I ordered 2 sets of glasses, found out that only one has arrived. I travelled 40kms to reach the store to find out only one glass has arrived. Wish there's clear communication from Lenskart. Local stores give better service.
