Titan Eye+ at Ajjarakad, Udupi

I have ordered spectacles many times from this place. They have always delivered it on time. The quality is consistent and the staff have always been polite.

Ever the worst. I have purchased two progressive classes, and both times they have altered my number. As a result, I am having trouble seeing and working on my laptop, and I am also having trouble driving. It seems to me that they do not have any educated people.

The store has good collection of glasses, the staff are friendly but I faced some issues as the miss guided us and I feel cheated. While selling the lenses they said its scratch resistant glass so the price is high and also anti glare. So we agreed and paid and finalized the lenses. On collection they say no warranty on scratches. Even a smallest scratch has no warranty as per them, so why missguide the customers at the first place saying its scratch resistant. And the staff kept arguing.

I feel like a blind person after wearing my new glasses from titan eye plus. Tooo bad product for such a high price, very disappointing will never suggest it to any one in future. My old broken glass have best vision and then new one..

Good choice for eye glasses, but class specifications not clear to understand if u r looking for brand can be visit.

The staff didn't ask our preferred brand or the price range which we are looking for. They directly took us to Titan range frame section. Then later we came to know that better frames that suit us are also there in different brand sections upon exploring. They didn't even mention anything about the other brand frames. It will be good if they ask the price range and our preferences too. Drinking water was also not available in the showroom.

I had replaced my RayBan glasses after 1 year on 17th September. The staff were very very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure that we were able to find the right glass and avail our warranty benefit. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! They have the best collection of branded glasses. Will come back again.

Really patient staff and well informed about different choices. Food quality and prompt delivery in less than a week. Highly recommended!
