Titan Eye+ at M G Road, Udupi

Had a pathetic experience. Had ordered progressive glasses 1yr back. They dint do the work properly. And kept on asking me to come and get it checked. Every time saying some company person is coming to check the defect. Everytime it was told to me that it's corrected but nothing changed. Even after paying a hefty price I am stuck with these glasses which give me headache everytime I use them.

Best shop with best collection, reasonably priced and extremely cooperative staff. Thank you!

Lenses peeled off in a year with very little usage (mom using this as a pair for occasional use). Since we were away it took time to get this addressed. However on reaching out to the store, staff took complaint with Titan and assured us of resolution. They replaced the lenses free of cost from Titan. Happy that brands like Titan stand behind their products and support the customers. Kudos to Udupi Titan team for excellent customer service!

Amazing customer service. Big shout out to Onel, for helping me getting clip on shades for my specs. Onel drove me to his another showroom as the item was only available in that store and after dropped me off to my car. Really appreciate the gesture Onel, one happy traveller. 🙏

I had lost my specs nosepad went there to replace these people with so kindness replaced it even dint charge anything,too for optics most reliable shop Iam not any of there previous customer too
