Though it is my 1st visit and I can not review on the treatment provided by the doctor but the staff behaviour is bit disappointing. I have read previous reviews addressing the same problem for which you have replied that you would rectify the same. However, I have not seen any rectification with respect to your staff behaviour and their attitude towards patients... Hope we get a better response during our next visit.

Anugraha Eye Hospital is a renowned hospital with a holy vision of removing blindness and spreading light in the lives of people suffering from problems relating to eyes, in the nooks and corners of villages in Vijayapura District. The Eye Hospital is in the heart of the city, a new building with a wonderful space, well equipped with Reception Hall, Checking Rooms, Consultation Rooms, with ultra modern OT Rooms. Highly qualified Doctors, Nursing staff, Attenders, Patient friendly staff are speciality of it. I am Prof. Suresh Cholke, Retd. principal Grade -1, S S Arts and Commerce College, Chadchan, UGC-NAAC Assessor, Bengaluru consulted for my left eye cataract problem and the operation was done by the well known Opthalmologist Dr.Malini Patil successfully within 10 minutes. Though a Distinguished Opthalmologist, owner of such a Super Speciality Eye Hospital, she is very simple and kind to all patients which is very rare. She has a magic touch in her hands and provides vision to all which is a mission too. All Doctors, Nurses, Staff, Attenders are very friendly and dedicated to serve. I recently had the opportunity to visit Anugrah Eye Hospital in Vijayapur, where I encountered your esteemed team and experienced the services provided. Firstly, I must commend the reputation you have built for yourself, attracting patients from distant villages who place their hopes in finding a cure at your hospital. However, I noticed that on many occasions, you were not personally available to attend to your patients, and they were instead consulted by junior doctors. While it is understandable that you may not always be available due to various commitments, it is important to ensure that patients receive the same level of care and attention from your staff. Furthermore, I observed a lack of humility and kindness among some members of your staff, which I believe is crucial, especially considering that a majority of your patients come from rural backgrounds. Patients often require guidance and empathy to feel reassured and understood. Unfortunately, I personally experienced some difficulties during my visit. For instance, when I requested an invoice at the main counter, I was directed to different locations multiple times, encountering confusion and a lack of coordination among your staff. The constant back and forth, from one room to another, only to obtain a simple invoice, could be greatly improved to ensure a smoother and more efficient patient experience. It is my sincere suggestion that you consider providing comprehensive training to your staff, emphasizing the importance of guiding patients step by step. It is essential that patients feel they are being cared for with kindness and empathy, and that their eye-related problems are addressed effectively. By fostering a culture of mutual understanding and respect within your team, you can ensure that each patient receives the level of service they deserve. While I understand that it may be challenging to monitor every aspect of your hospital's operations, it is crucial to address any instances of rudeness or impatience displayed by your staff towards patients. Creating an atmosphere of warmth and compassion will go a long way in building patient trust and satisfaction. Thank you for considering my feedback. Anugraha eye hospital only for name sake not good service,my recent personal experience the junior doctors at hospital (especially lady doctor) she even don't know what she is telling to me (patient) she even don't have confidence about vision after cataract surgery, then this the service how come patient visit your hospital confidently,so don't recommend ur to anyone
