Their offer of exchanging old glasses is a scam. I exchanged my old glasses but they did not give any discount for it, I had to pay the full and heavy price of ₹5000. Now they are not even giving my old glasses back. Very bad and awful of an experience, here goes my trust lenskart. They added the glasses to broken category even though they were absolutely fine, and offered no discount, I am a regular customer the new employees are scammers, they didn't clarify the terms before.
